Rental commission for property agents in Singapore is typically negotiable, but there are established industry best practices that most landlords and tenants follow.
For residential rentals:
- Two-year lease: The landlord usually pays the agent a commission equal to one month’s rent.
- One-year lease: The commission is typically half a month’s rent, paid by the landlord.
