ECs Reaching MOP in 2025

  • Rivercove Residences: Located in Anchorvale Lane, this EC reached its TOP in October 2020, which means it will be eligible for resale in October 2025.
  • Piermont Grand: Situated in Sumang Walk, Punggol, this EC reached its TOP in January 2023, but since the MOP is calculated from the TOP date, it will not reach its MOP until January 2028. However, other ECs with earlier TOP dates will be eligible.
