What is the wait out period

You must meet different wait-out periods depending on what home you plan to buy after disposing of your Executive Condominium (EC) unit on the open market:

• If your next home is a subsidized housing unit: 30 months
• If your next home is a resale flat without any CPF Housing Grant (excluding Proximity Housing Grant): 15 months (with exemptions for senior citizens buying 4-room or smaller flats)
• If your next home is a private residential property: No wait-out period
