Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) can buy:
- Resale HDB flats (with another SPR or Singaporean)
- Resale executive condominiums (ECs) that are more than 5 years old, including partially privatised and fully privatised ECs
- Private condos
- Strata-landed homes
- Landed properties in Sentosa Cove
- Landed properties (with special permission from Singapore Land Authority (SLA))
