What property can a foreigner buy in Singapore

Foreigners are able to buy:
- Private condominiums
- Private ECs (i.e. an executive condominium that is more than 10 years old)
- Landed properties in Sentosa Cove
- Landed properties outside of Sentosa Cove, if granted special permission from SLA
- Condominium unit
- Flat unit
- Strata landed house in an approved condominium development
- Shophouse (for commercial use)
- Industrial and commercial properties
- Hotel (registered under the provisions of the Hotels Act)
- Executive condominium unit, HDB flat and HDB shophouse (subject to HDB eligibility conditions)
