When is the peak rental month

In Singapore, the peak months for rental activity, particularly for non-landed private properties, are typically July and August. This period is often busy due to the expatriate market being more active, as companies tend to relocate their staff during the long northern hemisphere summer holiday break. In contrast, the months of February and the period from October to December usually see lower rental activity, partly because February is a short month that includes the Chinese New Year holiday, and the school holiday months of June and December are also less active for leasing.
