Where is the next BTO launch?

The next BTO (Build-To-Order) launch in February 2025 will feature several locations across Singapore. Here are the key areas and details:

Kallang/Whampoa

• This project is located in the Tanjong Rhu area, close to the Tanjong Rhu MRT station. It will offer a mix of 2-room flexi, 3-room, and 4-room units, and is expected to be a Prime project due to its proximity to the Central Business District (CBD).

Queenstown

• The project in Queenstown will be located at Mei Chin Road and is highlighted as one of the best locations in this launch. It will include around 1,110 new flats, comprising 2-room, 3-room, and 4-room units.

Woodlands

• This BTO project is situated in Woodlands North, in the Marsiling area, near the Woodlands North MRT station. It will offer a mix of 2-room flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room units. This area is less developed compared to the others, which might affect demand.

Yishun

• There are two launch sites in Yishun. The first site is close to the previous Chencharu Hills project and will include amenities like a supermarket and residents’ network. The second site is closer to Chencharu Link and the Khatib MRT station. Both sites will offer a range of flat types including 2-room, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room units.

These locations will be part of the February 2025 BTO launch, which will also include a large Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise with around 5,500 flats available across various towns.
