Where to pay seller stamp duty

To pay seller stamp duty, you can access the e-Stamping system by IRAS to stamp documents online. Payment of stamp duty will be via GIRO (for registered users) or eNETS (for non-registered users). Stamping of documents can also be done at real estate agencies, service bureaus operated by SingPost, or at the IRAS Surf Centre.
