Which condo has harmonisation

The harmonisation guideline refers to the new unified definition of floor area by URA, SLA, BCA, and SCDF, effective for new projects from June 2023 onwards. Lentor Mansion is the first private condominium in Singapore launched under these harmonisation rules. Upcoming projects such as Emerald of Katong, Norwood Grand, Parktown Residence, and others will also comply with this new harmonised floor area definition.

This means unit floor areas reported for these condos exclude non-strata spaces like AC ledges, ensuring clearer measurement for buyers. To identify which condos are harmonised, look for projects launched from March 2024 onwards, especially those mentioned as being under the new GFA harmonisation guideline.
