Which district has the highest price appreciation

In the context of private residential prices, the Rest of Central Region (RCR) has seen the highest price growth. In the first quarter of 2025, the RCR recorded a price growth of 1.7% quarter-on-quarter and 7.3% year-on-year, which is the highest among the three regions.

For HDB towns, Geylang topped the price growth chart with an annual increase of 14.4% year-on-year in the previous year. However, in the first quarter of 2025, Clementi saw the biggest quarterly price gain at 15.4%.
