Which EC has just reached the MOP and is starting to sell its resale?

Several Executive Condominiums (ECs) are reaching their Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) and are now eligible for resale. Here are some of the ECs that have recently reached their MOP:

- Northwave: Located in Woodlands, this EC reached its MOP on February 11, 2024.
- iNZ Residence: Located in Choa Chu Kang, this EC reached its MOP on April 30, 2024.
- Hundred Palms Residences: Located in Yio Chu Kang, this EC reached its MOP on December 18, 2024.
- Rivercove Residences: Located in Anchorvale Lane, this EC is expected to reach its MOP on October 2, 2025.

These ECs are now open for resale, allowing owners to sell their units and new buyers to purchase them without the need to observe the Minimum Occupation Period.
