2. Queenstown (Skyoasis @ Dawson): A premium five-room HDB flat at Skyoasis @ Dawson, located along Margaret Drive, was sold for $1.73 million, or $1,444 per square foot, setting a new HDB resale record in 2024.

These transactions indicate that these estates are among the most expensive for HDB flats in Singapore.
