Both residential and industrial properties have Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD).

Residential Properties

• Up to 1 year: 12%
• More than 1 year and up to 2 years: 8%
• More than 2 years and up to 3 years: 4%
• More than 3 years: No SSD payable

Industrial Properties

• Up to 1 year: 15%
• More than 1 year and up to 2 years: 10%
• More than 2 years and up to 3 years: 5%
• More than 3 years: No SSD payable
