Why are only BTO flats in the Bedok area listed for those reaching MOP in 2026?

If you are only seeing Bedok area properties, it is usually because of how the search or filters are set on EdgeProp Singapore.

Common reasons:
- You selected or previously searched for Bedok / District 16, so listings are being limited to that planning area.
- You may have used filters such as MRT (Bedok / Bedok North / Bedok Reservoir) or nearby schools in Bedok, which narrows results to that vicinity.
- If you clicked into a project or area page (for example, Bedok HDBs or Bedok condos), the platform will continue to show related Bedok listings until you change the location filter.

You can see properties in other parts of Singapore by:
