You can use the project database in REALIS, an internet-based system by the Urban Redevelopment Authority, to compile a list of properties. It includes commercial and industrial projects, as well as private residential projects (including Executive Condominiums) with more than four units that are either newly completed or in the pipeline. For each project, you can view planning approval status, size, construction status, and expected date of completion, as well as data on units launched and sold. This provides a comprehensive resource when putting together any project list.
